Hello, and Welcome!
There are many reasons that people seek out a church community. Whether you are seeking connection with other people, Religious Education for yourself or your family, time and space to reflect on your life, ways to put your values into action, or just a place to wonder about the big questions, we would love to have you at Thoreau Woods UU Church.
Ours is a vibrant, life-filled, caring community of people who come from different kinds of families or partnerships, hold different beliefs, come from different cultural and economic backgrounds, and find a home here, together, in the wider embrace of Unitarian Universalism. Our church strives to Love the Hell Out of the World, through a variety of worship, learning, spiritual practice, and our social justice work in the community. Whatever your story may be, however your life is unfolding at the moment, you are welcome here!
Whether you are a life-long Unitarian Universalist discovering Thoreau Woods for the first time, or whether you are new to Unitarian Universalism, we want to help you find what you are seeking. If you have additional questions about the church or membership, please contact our church office by email at [email protected]. We’re glad you’re here.
If you are interested in membership, please contact a board member.
