Among any family, whether it is between relatives, Facebook friends, or even a church community, there are bound to be disagreements. And even if a person is not directly involved in a disagreement, simply being exposed to the arguments can cause stress and hurt feelings. In this talk, Anne will discuss acknowledging this hurt and how to start the healing process.
Anne True is a long-time member of Thoreau Woods Unitarian Universalist Church and is currently Secretary of the Board of the Church. Anne cannot stress enough how much she hates the domestic arts, and her house is a mish mash of unfinished projects. Anne currently lives in Huntsville with her husband, her two youngest children and two cats. Her credentials include a B.A. in chemistry from the University of California at Santa Barbara and a Ph.D. also in chemistry from Northwestern University – degrees which in no way shape or form qualify her to speak about religious topics.
