Our world today is filled with people yelling at us to do this or be that. They want us to get on their bandwagon, support their cause, listen only to them. The cacophony is deafening. It’s time to stop the noise and check in with ourselves, to find what is right for us. Knowing ourselves helps us pick between the blaring messages, to keep centered on what-we-already-are, and to make whatever we are better.
